Asset Management Services
For asset management services that involve an ongoing asset-based fee structure:
- Fees are typically charged quarterly in advance based on the value of assets under management at the beginning of each quarter.
- If you terminate our asset management services during a quarter, you will receive a prorated refund of any unearned fees for the remainder of the quarter, calculated from the effective date of termination.
- The refund will be processed within 30 business days of the termination notice and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise specified.
Financial Planning Services
For financial planning services that involve a fixed fee or hourly rate:
- Cancellation before service delivery: If you cancel before we have started substantial work on your financial plan, we will refund 90% of the fee paid, with 10% retained to cover administrative costs.
- Cancellation during service delivery: If you cancel after we have begun substantial work but before delivery of the complete financial plan, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the percentage of work completed.
- After service delivery: Once a financial plan has been delivered in full, no refund will be issued.
Refund Policy for Educational Products and Events
Digital Products
For downloadable digital products, courses, or educational materials:
- Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of these products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless the product is defective or not as described.
- If you believe a digital product is defective or not as described, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase, providing details of the issue.
Seminars and Workshops
For in-person or virtual seminars, workshops, and events:
